non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking to secure your wedding date. This deposit will be deducted from your final balance, which is on your wedding day. Please be aware that a fuel charge may apply based on your location, travel for your wedding day will be charged at 50p per mile (return).

For our bridal hairstyling services, a minimum booking of the Bride and three additional ladies is required for all Friday, Saturday, Sunday appointments during peak season months (April to October). We appreciate your understanding and look to making your special day truly memorable.

This luxury package includes Ruby’s expert presence for up to 5 hours after you say “I do,” ensuring your hair looks as stunning in the evening as it did when you first walked down the aisle.

From veil removal and accessory changes to hairspray top ups and last minute touch ups, Ruby will be there to keep you and your bridal party looking effortlessly beautiful. And if you’d love a fresh look for your evening celebration, Ruby can create a gorgeous new hairstyle just for you.

Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable booking fee of £50 is required to secure your wedding date. No booking is confirmed until the booking fee has been received.
The final balance is due as follows: if paying by bank transfer, payment must be made no later than the day before the wedding. If paying in cash, payment is due on the wedding day before styling begins.
Bridal hair trials are recommended and charged separately. Payment for the trial is due on the day of the appointment.
Travel fees apply at 50p per mile for locations outside a 5-mile radius of Divinely Dolled by Ruby Onslow. If the wedding venue is over one hour's travel time and the booking requires a start time before 6:00am, suitable overnight accommodation must be provided or paid for by the client.
Any changes to the booking, including timings, location, services, or additional members of the bridal party, must be communicated as soon as possible and are subject to availability.
Once a booking is made, any additional guests or services cancelled within six months of the wedding date will remain chargeable in full, as the time has been reserved and may not be rebooked.
In the event of cancellation by the client, all booking fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The client named on the booking is responsible for all payments relating to the booking
All members of the bridal party should arrive with clean, dry hair unless otherwise agreed prior to the wedding day.
In the unlikely event that Divinely Dolled by Ruby Onslow is unable to fulfil the booking due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, every effort will be made to arrange a suitable replacement. If this is not possible, any monies paid (excluding completed trial appointments) will be refunded.
